    At LBC Coaching Services, our mission is to help individuals reclaim their voice, build intentional relationships, and walk fully in their power. We are committed to supporting Black and LGBTQIA+ communities as they navigate life transitions, identity, and personal growth with clarity and confidence. As a Cis-Trans married couple, our work is rooted in lived experience. Since 2016, when Chris came out as transgender, we’ve navigated the complexities of identity, partnership, and transformation firsthand—learning not just how to survive change, but how to thrive through it.Today, we combine that lived experience with professional coaching to create a space that is affirming, honest, and growth-centered. Whether you’re exploring your identity, strengthening your relationships, or pursuing aligned goals, we provide the tools, guidance, and support to help you move forward with intention.
